Job Description

Payon Distribution Co. is one of the leading Importers and distributors of healthcare products with more than 30 years of experience in the market. We are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to take over our local and international Procurement Departments with the Commercial Team. This is an exciting role that will allow you to be responsible for and focus on all of the commercial aspects of the company’s relationship with all of its business partners. Job Description: - Constantly updating the Vendor List / Finding new potential suppliers and conducting strong communication with them - Supervising the commercial team in all aspects of commercial interactions (Domestic and Foreign) - Monitoring all of the purchases / Category Management experience within FMCG wholesale or retail company’s affairs, including importing and exporting. - Great budgeting - Health and Beauty knowledge is an advantage - Providing Management reports

Requirements

- At least 8 years of professional experience in the same role. working with premium beauty/ cosmetic brands is a plus - English proficiency (at least IELTS Band 7) - Previous managerial experience is essential - At least a bachelor in commercial management and other related majors - Strong knowledge of the latest products and global trends within cosmetics and beauty - Strong negotiator and have the ability to influence and motivate a team - Creative, innovative, and highly commercial approach - Ability to work within a multicultural team - Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate and present at all levels internally and externally - Strong numerical and analytical skills to recognize performance indicators and present findings with actions recommendations - Full mastery over all of the commercial procedures and functions - Full knowledge of domestic and international regulations regarding the
