Job Description
• Foreign procurement and commercial procedures and regulations, especially command of: Import/Export & shipping, Banking (currency allocations), Insurance & Inspection (of shipments), Corresponding with international suppliers, In person follow up of all matters in relevant ministries, central bank.
• Be up-to-dated about current regulations and monitor applicable law changes for better dealing with customs, road, sea and air transportation, document and incoterms-Sourcing qualified suppliers & Providing a database of manufacturers and suppliers and establishing effective partnership with manufacturers, research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities and the supplier's reputation and history
• Planning, Managing and Improving all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, supplier selecting, negotiating, contracting, ordering and etc.
• Analyzing price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.
• Corresponding with foreign companies (purchasing, negotiating, contracting)
