Job Description

- Planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding and monitoring orders' process with suppliers, negotiating, contract modification, order obtaining, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, transporting follow-ups. - Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Performa Invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures. - Assist company executive in the foreign purchases and imports. - Manage stock and delivery of the products. - Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations. - Prepare and submit the necessary purchase and logistic documents. - Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in importation process. - Supervising and controlling all the shipping documents in every steps and keeping all the archives updated according to the department instructions. - Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations. - Offer the professional consultation or advice in Customs clearance - Monitor and supervise the clearance activities performed in the appointed agent to ensure the clearance operation runs smoothly, shipments are cleared timely and satisfy customer requirements. - Track the clearance performance; provide necessary assist or action to achieve the clearance performance goals set by local management. - Assist Logistics Manager with customer queries or complaints handling related to customs clearance. - Summarize and update clearance process each term, assist Logistics Manager to do clearance demonstration to customer. - Maintains and develops logistics partners/suppliers network.

Requirements

- Highly Fluent in English Language - At least 3 years working experience in customs clearance and Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement/commercial field at foreign trade - A Bachelor degree in business and/or technical majors is preferred - Major in logistics, trading, import & export or related disciplines. - Good organizing and coordination ability. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create reports and documents for procedures and tasks - Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures, regulations, sourcing and correspondence - Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills - Highly skilled in working with MS Office software and the internet - Self-organized and motivated
