Job Description

The commercial director should manage the business unit of an organization. To properly and efficiently perform this important task, he must be familiar with the principles of management, Financial management, business management, market research, marketing, and other management techniques. The technology and technical capabilities of the company are sufficiently recognized by the scientific and management methods Planning, organizing, guiding, coordinating, deciding and controlling various activities of the business unit in line with the company's small and large scale policies and goals.

Requirements

- At least BA/BS degree, preferable candidates with a degree in Business Administration, commercial management, or any other related fields - Minimum 8 years of experience in the commercial field - Full Familiar with commercial and international business terms - Full Familiar with latest Incoterms & import regulations - Full Familiar with NSTW and ordering registration procedure - Full Familiar with opening LC and bank procedures - Experience in Steel industry is a plus Excellent - Good communication and ability to work under pressure and must be extremely well-organized - Good command of computer: such as ICDL skills - Fluent in English: Writing, Speaking, Listening, Reading - Excellent command of Incoterms, logistics, Shipping charters, international trade processes - Strong negotiating skills - Able to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, prioritize assigned tasks effectively and work under pressure - Full control of communication and all foreign correspondence and price inquiry from the foreign producer company - Understanding the processes and rules of clearance, customs, purchasing, domestic and foreign transportation - Understanding the currency market - Strong analytical skills. - Ability to produce reports and statistics related to management
