Job Description

• Handling deals with suppliers • Prepare documents for import license • Prepare purchase orders. • Perform and coordinate all commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package for pharmaceutical raw materials • Communicate with suppliers of company to place the orders and arrange the shipments • Documentation of the ordering process based on company requirements • Supplier evaluation with the help of other departments when needed • Control and follow up commercial activities • Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations. • Collecting foreign market information • Getting price lists from suppliers • Doing negotiations with suppliers about quality and prices • Handling transportation of goods from origin to destination • Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving • Familiar with latest Incoterms & import regulations • Familiar with opening LC and bank procedures • Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality • Keep contract files and use them as reference for the future • Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met - or exceeded • Develop a purchasing strategy

Requirements

• Knowledge of contract negotiation, project management, risk management and financial management • Ability to determine success and failure of commercial enterprises • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, commercial management • At least 5 years’ experience as a commercial manager or expert or in purchasing and/or procurement field • English proficiency in business and commerce • Basic understanding of legal and commercial laws and procurement tactics • Advanced in computer skills including excel sheets and power point • Resolving contractual and commercial problems • Excellent teamwork. • Age: Minimum 27 years’ old • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Commercial Management or other related majors are preferred) • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years (experience in the field of Pharma is a plus)
