Requirements

The ideal candidate is familiar with the operational structure of commercial, economic and financial organizations and recognizes the function of government entities, NGOs, development banks and utilizes that knowledge to prepare practical solutions and design actionable strategies that are based on documented, up-to-date research with a forward vision. He/she can has deep knowledge of internal organizational policies and can propose external strategies and roadmaps, incentives and asses country-based risks (in both points of origin and destination) accordingly. In addition, a prospective applicant is ideally qualified to identify and forecast industrial and capital market trends and can propose deterministic and realistic scenarios that justify entering or existing a project. General Requirements: Preferably Female Maximum 35 Years of Age Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in: -Business Management -Business Development -Economic and Finance -Business Analysis -Business Administration -Technology Foresight -Technology Transfer/Management -Asset/Wealth Management Minimum 4 years of professional experience (minimum 2 years of full-time academic or relevant professional work experience in the US, Europe or Canada and full familiarity with the organizational structure of such countries) Required Qualifications: -Creating opportunities via pipelining the demands and requirements of clients/partners to financial, technical and economic resources via a variety of techniques such as Networking, Outsourcing, Foreign/Direct Investment, Joint, Venture, etc. -Facilitation and creation of strategic relationships with potential partners and external organizations in the interest of sustainable economic growth -Maintaining and promoting the professional image of this organization through a committed and ethical approach -Effective involvement in designing and implementing commercial, economic and business plans -Full English Fluency – Proficiency in French or German is an added advantage in otherwise equal standings -Expert knowledge of MS Office -Efficiency in employing Project Management software such as MSP, MiniTab, Primavera, etc. -Full Command of data and trend analysis software including, SQL, SPSS Clementine, Python, etc.
