Job Description
-Objective: To manage the Commercial Department progress and lead the team to deliver the importation and exportation procedure, and to make sure above targets are always being achieved:
-With highest quality
-Fastest possible method
-Lowest possible costs
-Main responsibilities:
-Manage, monitor and supervise all Import/Export company procedures including (but not limited to), Sourcing, Supplier negotiation (Correspondence), Shipment arrangements, Order registration, Payment procedure (Bank Transaction affairs), Shipping documents, Releasing process
-Leading a team of experts to achieve the set targets with highest efficiency
-Provide progress report, Cost analysis reports, Staff Performance reports and
-Running periodic team assessments to make sure the team is working efficiently and to measure where are the weaknesses to improve and strengths to appreciate
-Research, analyze and find best solutions to the issues commercial department is facing to deliver its tasks and execute the approved policies in the best possible ways to achieve the set goals
-Be updated about all new related regulations and create a firm and healthy bind with authorities involved
-Lead and train the team members through personal and working growth and keep them all motivated and inspired to reach the higher levels of performance
-Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager
-Subordinates: Commercial Team
-Other interactions: Finance Department, HR, SCM, Planning, QC and production teams
-Probation: 3 Months
-Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 16:30 p.m.
*Travel requirements: There might be occasional business trips overseas or locally
*Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable
