Job Description

- Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies, meeting company goals and objectives. - Understand existing customer relationships and their requirements - Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth - Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant departments - Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients - Responsible for the supervision and execution of all affairs of purchase, including foreign purchases, domestic purchases, purchase contracts, examination and determination of purchase prices, documentary credits and other related occupations - Receiving purchase requests from departments including full specification of the request - Handling of all international and internal commercial affairs such as order obtaining, corresponding and monitoring orders' process with suppliers - Resolving contractual and commercial problems - Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, mergers and new markets - Manage daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations and production planning - Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations

Requirements

- MS degree in business management or MBA from well-known universities - Minimum 5 years of work experience in related field - Strong commercial awareness - Superb negotiation capabilities - Being able to work with a team - Strong analytical skills
 - Excellent IT skills and knowledge of relevant software - High attention to detail - High understanding of construction processes - Strong contractual knowledge - Ability to manage a team - Ability to multitask and prioritize projects - Age between 30-40 years
