Job Description

The commercial Manager is responsible for supporting our customers and fulfill their requirements. Also she/he is in charge of planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Key responsibilities: - Must be able to demonstrate strong business management skills, including the ability to build strategy and then link it to the day-to-day analysis and management of the P&L - Build relationships internally and externally to deliver robust financial information to customers. - Attend customer monthly business reviews and deliver accurate financial achievements and projection - Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. - Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends. - Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. - Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

Requirements

- Industry experience within Logistics, Freight and Supply Chain preferred. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics/Transportation or marketing experience - Bachelor degree in business management or Marketing. Master degree in MBA is desirable. - Excellent communication skills - Ability to build and develop key stakeholder relationships - Ability to influence stakeholders and engage in a proactive manner - Presentation skills - Leadership - Good teamwork skills - Commercial awareness - Language: Fluency in written and oral English is required.
