Job Description

We are looking for a professional COMMERICAL MANAGER with: Responsibilities *Creation ideas for new commercial campaigns that are aligned with the customers' needs and demands *Development and implementation of strategies to maximize profits *Ensuring the profitability of the commercial campaigns *Coordinating with the planning unit in order to know the available capacity and vacant capacity of the company to develop marketing activities, timely delivery of current contracts, the establishment of a annual production plan *Participate in meetings of managers and listening and receiving reports and answering questions related to business affairs *Knowing the rules of the day of import and export *Develop a production plan based on seasonal sales and make the necessary changes to it *Research on market trends and derivation of respective necessary reactions like updates or changes of policies or the adjustment of strategies *Ensuring that all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations *Monitoring of the campaigns' success *Planning to find new suppliers and rating them *Voice of the customer: provide a key commercial point of contact for our partners. Be the voice of the customer when working with the product team to provide partner insight into our planning. *Reviewing and developing operational process flows *Collecting effective and useful information and presenting unit managers to benchmark the best. *evaluate company regulation to make sure they stay relevant and makes recommendations for necessary modifications *Looks for opportunities to develop the business, and works to take advantage of those opportunities *Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation

Requirements

Requirement * Degree in business, marketing or any other related field *Practical experience as a commerce manager *Ability to understand market behaviors and changes and quickly react to those changes . *Mastering the computer, the Internet, and related software *Strong business-acumen *Well-developed analysis skills and customer orientation *Good Decision-making skills *Excellent negotiation skills *Be able to speak and correspond in English *Ability to multitask and prioritize projects *Strong contractual knowledge *Systemic Thinking *Knowing Productivity Management *Knowing Human Resource Management *Ability to identify existing and emerging markets for exports through the study of global markets *Ability to connect with government institutions and private institutions to advance affairs *Ability to prepare reports and statistics related to management/A report on the activities carried out along with the necessary analysis at the end of each month to the Managing Director * Be familiar with English in business field *Having sufficient knowledge about marketing systems, sales techniques and supply, procurement and procurement methods
