Requirements

Responsibilities • Preparing organization business plan and relevance strategies • Team and Clients management • Director level reporting • Internal program management by definition of related tasks • Assisting technical teams to prepare variation orders/work packages • Maintaining rolling cost and cash flow forecasts • Reporting on task-based progress system • Leveraging tasks commercial performance • Contract interpretation and advice/action • Cost and value engineering • Ensure time charge hours properly captured and invoiced on time Must Having: • Degree in Commercial/Management from recognized University • Strong commercial, project management, contractual and financial acumen • Min 5 years in commercial department management experience • Must have a consultant and/or client background for a minimum of 1 years • Good communication skills and be politically aware • Persian Speaking Ability Qualifications • In-depth knowledge and experience of the commercial management of complex Process/projects at all stages • Knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract and Project Management software like Primavera, MS Project • Good attention to detail and knowing Sales Account-Based Commercial Management • Knowledge of IRAN contract law • Team Leading Certified and Agile Management Knowledge • Having Computer Operation skills like Microsoft Office
