This position is required to establish a network of partner pharmacies, as well as to undertake activities related to increasing sales and managing the internal sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a network of pharmacies connected to the Digikala online pharmacy.
- Contract with pharmacies.
- Organize sales-related campaigns.
- Manage the internal sales team.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies.
Requirements
- Relevant experience and strong leadership skills for team management possessing
- Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of market.
- Advertising opportunities to drive sales.
- Proficient in soft skills for effective team interaction.
- Experience with online pharmacy platforms or direct drug sales to pharmacies is considered an advantage.
