Job Description

The responsibility of organizing and planning the export of the company's products and the import of goods. Responsibility for doing business is to buy raw materials and to sell bulk products in the domestic market. Job Description • Plan, perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiating, ordering, contracting and etc. • Research and evaluate foreign suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability. • Monitor shipments to ensure that goods loaded on time. • Check reliability of forwarders, carriers, shipping lines and new sources. • Negotiate with suppliers on payment methods. • Identifying target market & countries. • Identifying international exhibitions and planning necessary arrangements for participating or visiting. • Developing sales and distribution & Tracking contracts with new customers. • Provide information about product characteristics, price, etc. to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in business or related sciences • At least 5 years of similar experience • Manufacturing experience is preferred • Ideal Age: 35-50 • Fluent in English Communication • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills • Strong communication skills and analytical abilities
