Job Description
● Do all business related to foreign trade.
● Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
● Prepare all documents needed in the middle of the purchasing process.
● Control and follow up on all commercial activities (financial, shipping, insurance, releasing and clearance, quality control, feedback).
● Perform all order registration matters.
● Keep all necessary files and history related to the business to help management.
● Represent relevant reports to management.
● Search for new suppliers and find valid sources.
● Negotiate and bargain with suppliers.
● Technical and commercial evaluation of supplier offers.
