Job Description
● Performing and coordinating all commercial activities such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package.
● Monitoring purchase requests and preparing purchase orders.
● Tracking the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
● Preparing regular reports for management.
● Contacting suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
● Finding new sources for procurement.
● Preparing the necessary documents for the banks
● Archiving the documents of the department
