Job Description

● Planning, performing ,negotiating and coordinating all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package. ● Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Performa Invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures. ● Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations. ● Be up-to-date of current regulations and monitor the applicable law changes. ● Make arrangement and coordinate shipments with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue/ force in regards to transportation or claim. ● Actively follow up the procedures both with sellers/suppliers and internally and focus on getting best solutions and results. ● Check reliability of new suppliers and unfamiliar new sources. ● Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving. ● Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations. ● Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods. ● Prepare and submit weekly reports relevant to scope of work and responsibility. ● Support Procurement Managers with the gathering, co-ordination, preparation and delivery of information and reports. ● Manage the tasks of negotiating terms and conditions with vendors.

Requirements

● B.Sc. in engineering. ● At least 5 years of work experience in project works atmosphere. ● Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar roles. ● Ability to negotiate and build relationships with vendors. ● Good knowledge on commercial routines and rules. ● Know how to register a foreign purchase in authorities organizations. ● Good knowledge of logistics issues and international transportation. ● Good knowledge of custom clearance rules. ● Well negotiation abilities. ● Good knowledge of preparation of contract draft for foreign and local supplies. ● A keen on-going interest and relevant experience in Sustainable Procurement and/or Corporate Sustainability. ● A high level of English language skills, both written and oral. ● High level of computer literacy, with specific requirements for Word, Excel and Outlook. ● Working experience with procurement systems. ● Excellent computer skills using the Microsoft Office. ● Sound analytical and problem solving skills. ● Sound written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the capacity to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels. ● Strong organizational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping and meet deadlines. ● Sound judgement and initiative accuracy and attention to detail ability to multitask and learn quickly. ● Ability to work well under pressure within timeframes. ● Having positive attitude. ● Ability to be professional when dealing with internal and external customers. ● A mature and methodical manner. ● Honesty and integrity. ● Ability to work well in a team or independently. ● Good planning and time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads in accordance with corporate goals and objectives.
