Job Description

• Handling International and Local commercial affairs such as Order Placement, PI Collection, Commercial Registration, Currency Allocation , Bank Related Tasks, shipment follow up , Shipping Documents and etc... • Monitoring import process and carrying out all respective affairs such as Insurance, Inspection & Consignment Arrival. • Handling Warehouse Receipt Collection, Endorsement, Declaration, clearance Sheet, Custom Duties & GR. • Order Processing • Updating Reports’ Table and ERP Systems as per actions on spot • Preparing Weekly Reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 Years of working experience in Commercial Dept. Working Experience in Pharmaceutical / FMCG industries is a plus • Excellent command of both written and spoken English • BA or MA in Commerce / Business / MBA • Fully acquainted with INCOTERMS and import regulations • Fully acquainted with commercial and International business terms and regulations • Excellent public relation and well-organized attitude • Team work skills • Proactive and Accurate • Ideal Age : 27-35
