Job Description

-Handle Purchasing Process from A to Z: Getting the P/I to Goods delivery at the warehouse -P/I registration, Working with banks for currency allocation, Having full knowledge of bank procedures, bank forms -Arrange delivery of the goods with the supplier & forwarder, checking shipping docs, following up arrival of goods with the seller -Arrange clearance of the goods upon arrival -Developing, implementation of procurement activities includes procurement planning, market research, sourcing, analyzing, budgeting, order placement, contracting, expediting, cost controlling, logistics and delivery of all purchases

Requirements

-Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Marketing , Business -Complex problem-solving, Critical thinking, Self-motivation, Responsibility -Hardworking -Effective negotiation and communication -Excellent knowledge in MS-Office -Having a strong "can-do" attitude -Good teamwork abilities -Risk Management -Experience in commercial procedures and foreign trade -Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing -Strong problem-solving ability -Ability to travel as necessary -Ideal Age Range: Maximum age 42 years old -Fluent in English
