Job Description

- Responsible for carrying out commercial, registration and administration duties - Communicate with distributors, sales and commercial analysts - Ensure that the price the customer requires on their shelf is executed through the appropriate systems - Research, correct problems and clear orders on the daily bases - Communicate and share unsolved business issues to top managers - Assure all requirement are meet before shipment, invoice and documents - Follow up and monitor shipping and delivery of materials - Doing all affairs related to integrated system of certificates - Increase the speed and quality of company’s import/Trade process and stakeholders - Assist in business communications with suppliers or traders - Working Hours: full time from Saturday to Wednesday and half time on Thursdays.

Requirements

- Bachelor of business management or any related fields (food science knowledge is advantage) - Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time - Excellent organizational skills - Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) - Well familiar with import, tariff codes and registration affairs - Good knowledge of English language - Creative and result oriented - Flexible, good in team working - Punctual and honest - 2 years work experience
