Job Description

In our commercial department, we plan, purchase, and transport all factory requirements and raw materials. They may be supplied from Iran or other countries. The commercial expert will have below responsibilities: - Have accurate plans for project time schedule on procurement part, finalizing commercial offer of vendor, price negotiation, and doing the purchase process. - Preparing purchasing reports for commercial manager. - Archive all documents for all purchases in electronic and paper and be able to recovery information from archive. - Checking foreign shipping documents and negotiating with customs clearance. - Handling the logistic processes - Negotiating with different government agencies

Requirements

- Be accurate, orderly, and focused - Be committed about assigned tasks and their deadlines - Have a good knowledge about MS Office software specially word and excel - Be able and interested to learn new skills - Have great communication relationship - Have good knowledge of importing processes - Be able to analyze the problems and find appropriate solutions for them
