Job Description
- Performing the regulatory activities to receive necessary permissions of ministry of health, ministry of commerce and other authorities
- Perform and coordinate all commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, getting agency, negotiating and placing orders
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and arrange the shipments
- Prepare and supervise quality and export documentation based on company requirements
- Prepare quotations for customers, and follow orders A-Z based on customer requirements.
- Doing market research and product study to recognize potential customers
- Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.
- Preparing the regular reports and forecast plans and timetables
- Supplier evaluation with the help of other departments when needed
