Job Description

The commercial excellence manager is responsible for market monitoring and timely reports on competitors’ performance, forecasting for new launches, product market potential, and market dynamics. Roles: ● Lead the forecasting period and projects including AB, RE2, LTF, and strategic processes. ● Craft business cases and scenarios on demand according to volatile market dynamics and potential consequences derived from each possibility. ● Lead the market research process including survey design, execution plan, and insight. ● Handle CMR top decisions, sale steam incentive scheme design and execution in collaboration with CE, competitions, and recognition campaigns in collaboration with the CE team and P&O. ● Business ethics, manways, and other standard processes compliance ● Liaise with peers including sales, KAM, PAPA, and regulatory members to be synced with the latest and validated updates in the market.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields. ● More than five years of experience in CE or commercial-related teams in multinational industries, especially, pharma or FMCG. ● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. ● Customer-centric, result-oriented, and great stakeholder management skills. ● Advanced level of English, written and spoken.
