Job Description
Objective: Managing Foreign and Local Purchasing Affairs
Main Responsibilities:
• Planning, monitoring, controlling, coordinating and performance evaluating of local and foreign purchasing, as well as leading the negotiations
• Providing leadership and assistance to team members.
• Planning, leading and participating in operational activities to provide the top management with professional local and foreign purchasing, import & export services, professional sourcing, ensuring that quality, price, and time standards are met.
• Developing and implementing medium-term plans and budgets to achieve effective cost control and optimum deployment of resources.
• Preparing regular reports on key procurement, Import & Export activities for senior management enabling them to make effective decisions
• Managing the internal relations with related divisions such as finance, sales, production and planning
Reporting to: CEO & Management Committee

Working Hours: Saturday-Wednesday 8:00-17:00, Thursdays: Based on management request on purchasing projects
