Job Description

In Digikala we are looking for a person with the ability to recognize the improvement opportunities and takes great advantage of them. We believe this person is a natural problem solver and creator. Commercial development senior supervisor makes sure that the concerns of the teams with most relationship to sellers are in his highest priority. He/she tries to solve sellers problems through business process improvement, monitoring AS IS situation, recognizing new opportunities, and defining a better way of tackling business challenges. This person has the ability to design new innovative systems and processes in e-commerce business over and over again. What we expect? Defining new projects in alignment with business needs based on data and observation Breaking down the work or projects into little doable tasks and assign them to team members. He/She monitors and follows metrics related to these tasks continuously. Having a complete and comprehensive understanding of business process analysis methodology, and help the team members in analyzing, improving and implementing these processes. Having close communication to all commercial teams, finding their pain points, and propose solutions to those pain points Familiar with product and system analysis and development methodologies, and be able to use these methodologies during projects Having a close communication to product team to recognize the opportunities of synergic collaborations between commercial and tech team Working closely to CSI senior manager to give routine reports on projects and tasks status. Giving monthly reports to CCO about the latest updates of commercial development’s latest achievements and challenges
