Job Description

- Establishes and monitors specific supply chain-based performance measurements. - Sourcing and evaluation of new suppliers and vendors. - Manage and coordinate commercial, contractual, administrative duties, and document management with vendors and achieve sustainable competitive advantages. - Manage all import and related activities, planning, performing, and coordinating commercial affairs and services such as sourcing. - Follow up and handle all steps of purchases from order, EPL, release, custom clearance till the final result. - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for the progress of the business, research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production, and distribution capabilities, transportation cost, and supplier's reputation and performance history. - Leads the development and processing of CR strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with customers. - Leads the team by providing appropriate coaching and mentoring along the way. - Willing to perform other job related duties.

Requirements

- MSc degree in Commerce, Management, Industrial or Engineering fields. - Skilled in commercial correspondence and international business terms and regulations. - Fluent in English (writing, listening, speaking, reading). - Effective oral communication, negotiation - A charismatic personality and good teamwork skills. - Excellent command of MS office (Excel, Word) - Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. - Ideal age range: 25 – 35. - Related experience in the field is preferential.
