Job Description

Coordinate orders with suppliers and facilitates positive customer and inter-departmental relations to ensure continued growth. He will proactively and efficiently provide support services to Hamta sales team. He is also in charge for preparation of all transportation and ordering documents to forwarder and suppliers. • Manage order cycle • Manage pricing deviation (quotes, contract, etc.). • Creates and delivers shipping recommendations and documents to forwarders. • Maintains customer account information including performance reporting. • Use analytical and critical thinking in work processes and communication skills. • Aligned with the companies' core values • Maintain a paperless workflow. • Help maintain client and company business relationships. • Help Maintain suppliers and company business relationships. • Bring creative ideas to the table and participate in brainstorming for department campaigns and efforts. • Identify and communicate to team leads any areas where efficiencies can be improved. • Communication and social media placement. • Manage expenses budgets. • Identifies opportunities proactively to provide additional assistance and assume cross-functional responsibilities. • Set up and schedule candidate interviews. • Assist in various daily operations and performing general office support.

Requirements

• Exceptional organization, coordination, and follow-up skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship building • 2-3 years of experience • Meticulous attention to detail and follow through • Fluent English required.
