Job Description

  • Preparing invoices, sales contracts, tender documents, sales reports, and presentations with the cooperation of all involved departments.
  • Following up on the account status of existing providers.
  • Maintaining records of sales, and preparing financial documents, reports, or budgets.
  • Following up on all purchase processes, including order registration, insurance, banking, inspection, transportation, and clearance.
  • Following up on money transfers/exchanges and avail new offers from ex-changers. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with INCOTERMS and excellent in commercial correspondence.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills to communicate effectively.
  • Good public relations.
  • Creative, reliable, motivated, energetic, responsible, and cooperative.
  • Good at speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Fluent in computer skills (Internet, MS Office and etc.).
  • Available to work remotely and through different times and weekends.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Strong proven ability to self-reliance and resilience.
  • Enthusiastic to improve knowledge and skills (self-study).
  • Problem-solving skills.
