Job Description
- Preparing invoices, sales contracts, tender documents, sales reports, and presentations with the cooperation of all involved departments.
- Following up on the account status of existing providers.
- Maintaining records of sales, and preparing financial documents, reports, or budgets.
- Following up on all purchase processes, including order registration, insurance, banking, inspection, transportation, and clearance.
- Following up on money transfers/exchanges and avail new offers from ex-changers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with INCOTERMS and excellent in commercial correspondence.
- Presentation and negotiation skills to communicate effectively.
- Good public relations.
- Creative, reliable, motivated, energetic, responsible, and cooperative.
- Good at speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Fluent in computer skills (Internet, MS Office and etc.).
- Available to work remotely and through different times and weekends.
- Teamwork skills.
- Strong proven ability to self-reliance and resilience.
- Enthusiastic to improve knowledge and skills (self-study).
- Problem-solving skills.
