Job Description

CMO (chief marketing officer) responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization's marketing activity. CMO primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. CMO Job Duties: - Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. - Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity - Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. - Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys - Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. - Preparing online and offline marketing campaigns. - Planning and implementing promotional campaigns - Set and achieve strategic goals related to social media metrics, television advertising and marketing campaign initiatives - Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization. - Overseeing the company marketing budget. - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications - Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader. - Planning and managing public relations activities

Requirements

• MSc/BA in Marketing-related fields • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Managerial position. • Have a deep understanding of marketing principles and sales and business development concepts. • Have advanced working experience dealing with online/offline marketing and PR. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Creative thinker with strong problem solving skills. • Artistic and creative approach. • Eager to build a creative, dynamic and artistic team. • Target/result oriented
