- Issuing invoices and sending to customers on email - Printing issued invoices - Handing over issued invoices to accounting department for their confirmation and filing - Scanning company documents - Filing company documents - Typing letters - Following up management requests and orders

- Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, Power Point - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to handle work load - Ability of handling multi tasking - High communication skills - Having intermediate knowledge of English to be able to communicate in English on Emails
