Job Description

List of responsibilities: - Details drawing and solution providing for interior design subjects. - Projects site visits, discussions with designers to get acceptance for provided solutions, supporting with technical documents and drawings, and EPC controlling jobs. - Communication with contractors and Control and confirm of contractors' invoices. - Checking technical documents provided by contractors/consultants - Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors - monitoring to project progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, Maps, standards and / or company requirements. - Monitoring to suitable use of input materials - BOM preparation, materials order procedure and planning, daily and monthly reports, tender documents and subcontractors statements. - Making calculations about loads and stresses - Selecting appropriate construction materials - Inspecting unsafe structures and making recommendations for demolition or repairs - Preparing reports, designs and drawings (including civil, structural and architectural drawings) - Providing technical advice to aid project manager - Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval - Communicating with Persons outside Organization - Scheduling Work and Activities - Measurement of project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Hiring specialists and sub-contractors - Manage the relationship between Technical office and other departments of project. - Preparing daily, weekly and monthly required reports and management dashboard - Expediting and monitoring sub-contractors to ensure that requirements are fulfilled - Applying all company's regulations and procedures relevant to project management - Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. - Corrective and preventive Recommendations on The status of the project - Subordinates: no subordinate. - Length of Probation Period: 3 months. - Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 8 AM to 4 PM
