Job Description
● Design, review, and control engineering documents, technical design, plans and specifications, basic and detailed drawings for Civil, Architecture, and Structure.
● Perform design evaluations related to general civil, geotechnical, and structural engineering fields.
● Organize, draft, and coordinate technical documents as required.
● Generate detailed calculations and drawings for all civil and RC/steel structures.
● Review vendor documentation, civil specifications, geotechnical and topographical reports.
● Ensure adherence to the basis of design, design criteria, and design concepts.
● Ensure adherence to contract specifications, standards, contract documents, and department practices and procedures.
● Preparation of technical query (TQ) for clarification.
● Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors.
● Provision of required calculations and data in order to assist the control project team.
● Control and supervision of executive detail in construction.
● Provide required documents for extra works, reworks, and new items.
● Check and control subcontractors’ invoices.
● Preparation of invoices for the client.
● Control and supervision of subcontractor's performance and execution.
● Project manager assistant.
