Job Description

-Prepare and review Engineering documents -Prepare or edit site plan, Plot plan & related documents -Planning and executing all aspects of design in accordance with project schedule -Ensuring that all projects Scope of work and Technical Requirements are met -Collaboration with other disciplines of project -Monitoring the work progress and contracting civil team -Check out all of civils' quality control groups -Technical calculation, detailed design and partial modification -Coordinating between the project team and contracting management team -Check out contractor’s invoices with details

Requirements

-B.Sc or M.Sc in Civil Engineering(education from governmental university is a plus point) -Ability to work with engineering software like: Auto cad, Arc GIS, Etabs, Civil 3D, Etabs, Envi, Photoshop, ICDL -Ability to handle possible claims in the project -Ability to check out and modify Design and Detail Plan -Ability to monitor the selection of contractors -Ability to equip the workshop technicall -At least 3 years of experience in relevant field -Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with the approach of optimization and streamlining of financial processes -Strong, professional communication, financial & management accounting skills and related Laws. (Including IR GAAP, Tax, VAT, SSO & Commercial law) -Sound technical knowledge and the ability to present decision-making report to the Management team -Being able to work in extra hours -Good communication and presentation skills -Self-organized, motivated with leadership skills -Ideal Age between: 25 - 40 years
