Job Description
- Plan, coordinate and supervise major engineering activities of construction
- Manage the construction supervisor to facilitate delivery of construction, coordinating logistics, permitting,
commissioning and handover activities to contractual technical, budget, schedule and quality requirements
- Ensure that project team is well informed, motivated and working effectively and efficiently
- The purpose of this particular position is to support the pre-construction and construction of projects by carrying out civil design and supporting the project
- Identify and resolve engineering issues which are critical for project cost and schedule
- Completely handling a building construction site
- Finding and assessment of subcontractors
- Preparing project control files, cost estimation, subcontractors list, weekly and monthly plan
- Continuous visits and monitoring of covered buildings in Tehran and other cities and preparation of necessary reports
- Performing legal processes before and during building construction projects.
- Following all necessary permissions and documents of a construction project like, municipal, firefighting
- Completely handling regular problems during construction projects (neighborhood, supervision sector)
- Regular reports to project manager and management.
