Job Description

- Plan and design structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools. - Review and approve the civil documents prepared by Engineering Task Force; - Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction. - Review and approve the civil documents received from all equipment vendors. - Coordinate with the site construction engineer to modify the engineering changes. - Provide assistance in preparation of regular civil work design reports. - Support site construction after finishing the engineering work. - Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering or Architecture - At least 3 years of working experience related fields - At least 3 years of working experience in civil design - At least 3 years of experience for practice and control on trim works. - Fluency in English or Turkish - Having good command of MS Office. - Having good command of AutoCAD and 3D - Having excellent organization and planning skill - Advance communication skills - Quick minded, strong ability of communication - Having good team work spirit - Being open to domestic travel - Ability to work on the construction site - Having driving license - Having experience in managing at least 20 people in construction site - Having military service certification (Done or Exemption) - Ability to make progress payment and metering reports - Be able to follow the decoration and trim works in the construction of the buildings - Be able to design and build the solid work - Be able to distinguish the choice and quality of trim works
