Job Description

Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate VoIP servers and services and related devices such as experienced working with Cisco unified Communication Manager, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and scripting scenarios with Cisco Unified CCX editor and troubleshooting contact center problems, reporting tool of Cisco (CUIC) and also creating custom reports, Cisco Unified Border Element and configuring Cisco voice gateway,Cisco Expressway, Cisco Unity and IM and Presence, Workforce Optimization.

Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of specialized experiences as mentioned in description is required -Good Knowledge of Network technology and Virtualization -Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency and maintenance -Ability to work under pressure -Excellent organizational, prioritizing and multitasking skills -It will be a plus point to be familiar with call recording solutions such as Cisco Mediasense and Imagicle, voice security and also voice QOS concepts and sip packet Monitoring
