Job Description
The Cisco VOIP Engineer is responsible for engineering, maintenance, and support of the Cisco Unified Communications environments. To include: Cisco Unified Communications Manager - CUCM Cisco Unity UCCX IM/P and Expressway This position design, implement and maintenance VoIP infrastructure and other communication equipment on customer’s property.
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field. Other certifications obtained: CCIE/CCNP Collaboration. Nature and length of previous experience: At least 3 years of experience in similar position. Specialist knowledge: Advanced Project Management skills Ability to assist sales in a highly competitive field . Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good negotiation skill Ability to work as a team member Excellent communication skills Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and with written documentation
