Job Description
Objective of the role: Leading the whole process of design and innovation in the organization. List of responsibilities: - Leading the design team. - Attending national and international exhibitions, workshop and conferences to achieve latest information. - Innovative thinking. Reporting to: Manager. Subordinates: 1 Design manager, 3 to 5 designer. Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 8:00 to 17:00. Travel requirements: Yes, national and international travels are needed. Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable.
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelors and/or higher degrees in industrial design or graphic design. Other certifications obtained: Any global design awards is an asset. Nature and length of previous experience: 7 years (at least 3 years in design field). Specialist knowledge: - Design thinking. - Design strategy. - Futuristic studies. - Leading capabilities. - Documentation capabilities. Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Ability to work as a team member - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent English language.
