Job Description

- Main Tasks & Responsibilities: - Developing, implementation and management of Procurement Activities include: Procurement Planning, Market Research, Sourcing, Analyzing, Budgeting, Order Placement, Contracting, Expediting, Cost Controlling, Logistics and Delivery of all purchases considering: - Developing the strategy for procurement and supply within the organization. - Building productive relationships with stakeholders. - Applying procedures that regulate procurement and supply - Recognizing the importance of the external environment in procurement and supply - Developing systems for procurement and supply - Controlling expenditures on goods and services - Developing contracts with suppliers - Conducting supplier appraisal - Effective negotiation and contract management in procurement and supply - Achieving added value outcomes in procurement and supply - Developing capabilities to manage procurement and supply - Creating and implementing best practices procurement principles and process across all global business divisions - Effective inventory control and management
