Responsible as head of the deck department,Second in command of the vessel master, Supervising deck crew, responsible for safety and security of the vessel as cargo officer and responsible for safe planning, loading, storage, care and discharge of cargo.
Requirements
- Chief Mate or Master certificate as IMO Requirements.
- Medical certificates, physically fitted for duties
- Familiar with ISM regulations
- Sufficient practical experience in anchor handling tug boats.
-Familiar with domestic marine regulations.
