Job Description

position summary: This position supports the work of an IT company with about 100 employees. The Chief Human Resources Officer at this company serves on the CEO’s senior leadership team and oversees the development and implementation of human resources strategies, systems and policies, plans and services, including recruitment, selection, legal compliance, employee benefits, compensation, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and events. major duties and responsibilities: - Participate in strategic planning for the organization. Provide leadership and consulting support to executives and management on matters of reinforcing culture, setting goals, developing policy, and implementing strategic objectives. Align organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities to achieve goals. - Oversee talent management, including staff training and leadership development, retention, recognition, employee communication, and career development. Assess and evaluate training and staff development needs and develop programs to meet needs. - Develop and maintain performance management and appraisal programs. - Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including job description and classification, salary structure and salary adjustments. Oversee benefit plan communication and administration. Assesses the competitiveness of human resources programs and practices against the relevant markets and make recommendations for improvements and changes. - Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs. Identify and cultivate appropriate and effective sources for candidates for all levels of jobs. - Provide direction to assigned staff in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities in achieving strategic and operating plan goals; prepare and manage associated budgets. - All other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Education: Bachelor`s/ master`s degree in management or other related subjects. Experience: at least 5 years of similar or related experience. Salary: 6-10 million, negotiable
