Job Description

-Plans, directs and oversees all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the group -Responsible for managing the organization’s MIS system, budgeting system, policies, and processes -Develops and runs a financial reporting system to produce timely reports to public, company managers, regulators and other stakeholders according to best practices and international financial reporting system (IFRS) -Oversees all book keeping activities and ensures accuracy and compliance -Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls -Designs and implements accounting, controlling and treasury functions in all group companies -Assumes responsibility for all tax and social security and regulatory issues -Supervises and aggregates budgets for group companies in coordination with departments and company managers, reports results, analyzes variances, developing improvement -Monitors and manages credit, liquidity and operational risk across the group -Maintains outstanding relationship with banks to maintain liquidity position -Leads publication of group annual reports, orderly and timely holding of shareholder meetings and submission of financial statements to relevant authorities -Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management -Empowers financial department human resources by recruiting top talent, providing training and coaching, communicating expectations, values, policies and periodic reviews -Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
