Job Description

• Oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. • Manage relationship with investment bankers and investors. • Partner with the CEO and Finance Committee of the Board to deploy investment capital in the most effective manner to achieve the organization's long-term strategic initiatives. • Clear a path for growth, form new relationships, drive measurable value and establish core financial processes and reporting requirements. • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; understanding variances; and initiating corrective actions as necessary. • Provide guidance to the contracting legal team that balances the best interests of the company with the needs of the business and clients. • Ensure reporting compliance, including GAAP, tax and regulatory requirements. • Maintain and continually improve upon financial/operational systems, controls and processes, for internal efficiencies and risk mitigation. • Utilize budgets, forecasts, metrics and KPI reporting for business tracking and improvement. • Manage banking and institutional investor relationships and optimize cash management in multiple currencies. • Review key contracts to ensure alignment with financial reporting requirements. • Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of incentive and commission plans.
