Job Description

•Develop & implement the Company’s financial policies & procedures. •Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. •Prepare forecasts and insights to the CEO and the Board of Directors as well as forward looking analysis to help drive decisions. •Responsible for cash flows, cash balances and cash forecasts. •Manage the capital request and budgeting processes. •Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. •Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. •Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
