Job Description

- Providing timely and financial analysis and budgeting, including appropriate assessment of trends and forecasts, competitive benchmarks. - Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance & accounting functions of the organization, including audit compliance and internal procedures. - Establish and maintain constructive relationships with Managing Director so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions. - Refine and report on the business KPIs. - Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. - Development and tracking performance against short to long-term financial objectives.

Requirements

- At least 10 years in financial leadership roles. - Bachelor / Master Degree in Accounting / Finance. - Excellent bilingual (Farsi- English) abilities (writing, reading, speaking). - Previous experience as CFO Position. Competencies: - Strong leadership skills. - Results-oriented; understand financial requirements and provides solutions in a rapidly changing funding environment and growth-oriented organization. - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. - High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
