Job Description

Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, etc and develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems. Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations including regular overlook on account balances for appropriate cleaning & analysis: Monthly review of Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet to ensure all postings are complete for all costs. Ensuring an accurate and timely monthly closing, Revise and analyze General accounts (IFRS-GAAP) ahead of and during Closing Sessions. Implement, modify, and upgrade the closure process by clear schedule, written process and implement monthly KPI closure by providers (delivery on time, the accuracy of the information provided…) Responsible for Statutory Financial reporting of the business, Provide internal and external auditing services/support during their intervention Compute and prepare seasonal reporting, and petitions. ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other corporate/Salary/withholding-tax requirements In charge of developing & maintaining Internal Controls, and effective accounting systems and policies, Propose and assist in the development or implementation of new procedures and features to enhance workflows in the department and company. Keep on organizing the accounting department (clear assignments with concerns to back up plan, training program, fast-growing plan by setting the right delegation, the anticipation of the needs and promoting career advancement)

Requirements

Good knowledge of IFRS and generally accepted standard accounting principles, established procedures, departmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements applicable to the work proficiency in Rahkaran System Thorough understanding of Iran tax & labor law Minimum Master degree in accounting Minimum 7 years experience in Accounting & 4 years in the similar position Fluent in financial system trends in manufacturing & Distribution companies Comprehensive knowledge of office software especially Excel Ability to establish and maintain an efficient and positive working relationship with other employees Great rigor and intellectual honesty without rigidity Good communication and team management skills Ability to perform routine mathematical computations and tabulations accurately and efficiently Ability to meet assigned deadlines & time management
