Job Description
- Manage market research, data, and analysis as necessary to formulate proactive economic development strategies to guide SHM’s ongoing investment in growth, diversification and economic development. - Oversee all activities of the Marketing, external Communications and PR. - Lead, developing and driving the pricing strategy of the organization. - Identify, develop & manage new market opportunities for the company’s product portfolio. - Lead, developing competitive marketing plans and campaigns. - Contribute in developing strategic direction and plans for the company with regard to all commercial functions including sales, marketing & business strategy. - Responsible for the setting and achieving of the commercial strategic objectives of the company and the division’s KPIs.
Requirements
Experience: - 7 years of experience in Related Industries (Having Experiences in telecom industries is preferred) - 5 years Management experience Education: - M.Sc. in industrial engineering, management, Marketing, MBA or related fields Knowledge: • Fluent English • Telecom and GSM • Marketing Concepts • Economic & current market knowledge • Finance basics • Sales & Distribution • Business strategy • Budgeting • Business models and Business plans Skill & Ability: • Strategy Developing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Persian) • Strong motivational and coaching skills • Strong negotiating skills • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications • Problem solving • Strategic thinking • Project Management • Leadership • Conflict Management Attitude: • Teamwork • Integrity and Honesty • Result-oriented • Customer centric • Innovative and Creative • Technology savvy • Composed
