Job Description
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of accountants.
- Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws,regulation,or boards of directors.
- Preparation and approval of sales invoices in compliance with tax requirements and final price approval
- Managing company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- Plan, control, audit and analyze financial records and report to Finance Manager
- Dealing with income tax, withholding tax, VAT and other Tax issues.
- Maintenance of accounts in accounting software for companies for closing of books of accounts on monthly basis.
- Any other work which may be necessary for the effective functioning of accounting of companies.
- Record the received documents.
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements
- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g., sales revenues and liabilities
- Review prepayments, accounts, salaries, and related documents in terms of financial laws and regulations
- Perform cost analysis, prepare budget reports and evaluate current accounting trends
- Interact constantly with other team members to improve the accuracy of financial reports
- Correction of possible discrepancies and inconsistencies in financial reports created by other teams and improving the reliability of the reports as much as possible.
