Job Description

General Accounting, Include: - Make Bookkeeping’s for all payables and receivables and record them in accounting software - Keep record of wages a salaries including compensations, insurance, tax and etc. in books and accounting software - Writing Cheques, guarantee papers, credit documents etc. and following up with stamp and signature and submission to beneficiaries - Expert in banking, credit, international money transfer issues - Ability to perform daily financial and accounting operations - Providing an external interface with banks, auditors, tax auditors, investment managers, consultants and company finance specialists Taxes, VAT and Salaries Reporting, Include: - Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, VAT statements, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements - Carrying out salary and listing insurance and taxes - Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditin -Assist in year-end closing processes -Controlling all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements and petty cash - Responsible for all taxes obligations Reports and Controls, Include: - Producing and presenting financial reports - Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization - Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
