Job Description

Prepare monthly financial statements, including statements of operations, balance sheets and other Supporting statements in accordance with accounting and client’s standards. Communicating strategy and policy decisions to senior management Producing and presenting financial reports Carrying out salary and listing insurance and taxes General support of all functions of Finance Department. In charge of overseeing all the finances to ensure we remain as cost. He will ensure quality in accounting records, implementation of organizational financial management Standards, effective Internal/External controls. Providing Tax, labor(SSO), and VAT statements in written and electronic format Expert in banking, credit, international money transfer issues Prepare analysis of financial information for monitoring reports when required Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization Weekly, Monthly and quarterly management reporting Lead the company strategy planning and budgeting processes ensuring strong processes are in place for resource allocation and performance monitoring at all levels of the company. Ensure financial policies and procedures are up to date Providing an external interface with banks, auditors, tax auditors, investment managers, consultants and company finance specialists Manage staff payroll, ensure accurate and timely payment Assist with financial aspects of project proposals Attend regular meetings with the Management Committee and provide verbal and written reports as may be required Providing a seasonal financial statement Reporting To: Finance Manager

Requirements

Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting/Financial Management is required At least 5 years in a similar position in a medium or large-size company with relevant Problem solving, decision making and analytical skills Leadership and strategic thinking attitude Expert in Accounting standards, regulations, policies and procedures Expert in Insurance, Tax and VAT issues Expert in financial statements Expert proficiency in MS office Fluent proficiency in English language Expert in “Hamkaran/Rahkaran” and other related software Fully conversant with accounting procedures legislation Knowledge of the responsibilities and duties of the company operation role Skilled in Accounting Software specially Willingness to work on multitask, long hours and under pressure so as to meet deadlines good time management skills and the ability to prioritize Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Exemplary verbal and written communication abilities Good interpersonal skills Good team worker Self-motivated and disciplined Ability to work with minimum supervision Good knowledge of English language Ideal Age: 30-40 Gender Preference: Male
