Job Description

We are seeking for an Chemicals QA/QC specialist to join our highly capable team to support a range of chemistry, quality control and quality assurance activities. Quality Control Specialist is a cross-functional, key member of our operations team. The Specialist will work closely with key members of the supply chain, product development, marketing to ensure and advance the quality function of company. Being efficient, autonomous and accurate in your work is essential. Key responsibilities include · Assist with preparing and executing test qualification and validation of QC test methods. · Familiarity with the application of different sampling configurations. · Assist with writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other related Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation. · Help manage test samples, reagents and reference standards. · Review data obtained for compliance to specifications and reports excursion/out of specifications. · Analyses of raw materials, batches, and finished products following specified analytical methods. · Conducts routine analyses of raw materials, batches, and finished products following specified analytical methods. · Performs assigned procedures for processing laboratory reports, documentation, customer paperwork, and any other clerical laboratory functions as required. · Investigates customer complaints and internal technical services problems, reports findings, and recommends solution(s). · Determines disposition for complaint material. · Review and evaluate test results, report on outcomes and analysis of results and any corrective action required. · Participate in project work for the development and validation of new products and processes and support both existing and new clients. · Assisting the scale up and operationalization of new products and the refinement and improvement of existing products. · Applying continuous improvement and operational excellence tools and ideas to continue to evolve and optimize the functioning of the Chemistry function.

Requirements

- Minimum Mater degree in Chemistry or related discipline. - Work experience (at least 5 years) - Excellent MS Office knowledge - Understanding the range of Quality Control and Chemistry applications with manufacturing exposure. -Ability of reporting the results, findings and project needs for validation and development work. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work through tasks and identify root cause and effective options for resolution. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of internal stakeholders through the organization. -Self-starter, efficient, detail oriented and enthusiastic team player.
